Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refunds are generally not applicable once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Refund requests may only be considered if:
- Failed delivery
- Corrupted/Inaccessible files
- Duplicate transactions
Non-Refundable Situations
- Downloaded digital products
- Used subscription periods
- Violation of terms and policies
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation
Users may request cancellation before service activation or renewal.
